They can and they have. It is a case by case basis. It is very possible. It does depend on several factors but it is absolutely possible as I've personally known convicted felons that have served both in reserve and active components.

Depends on your unit. Most of the time no you have a job to do like anywhere else so you dont bring your kid. But some do offer childcare. It is always a possibility and I would say yes most likely. Come in thinking its a for sure.

7;00 to 5;30 this is for the ones that are selected to perform the actual jobs that they do have opened,it all depends on your skills and how you perform at drill on weekends.it is hard to be selected.but it is nice when you do get selected.you get the same benefits as an active duty soldier.
