The application process is comprehensive enough that if you were invited to the interview, you dressed the part, and you answer the questions you probably got the job.

Its poor! I used to be more confident about CVS' future and was quite pleased with being employed with them, bit then I became a shift supervisor and it opened my eyes to how little CVS wants to pay their associates and how much work they expect them to do! Corporate needs to get their heads out u

For a healthcare company they make you wait 90 days and deductibles are sky high from their best plan. Disgraceful. They really don’t care about employee health.

This company has great potential, sadly, management is bad, there is NO organization, they put more weight in incoming calls than the importance of a patient getting their medication, training is horrible, and dont bother with corporate because they turned a blind eye in spite of a high volume of employees, long time supervisors quitting, employee and customer complaints. Reasons enough.

My store was pretty slow paced. I was originally hired as a pharmacy technician but was only there to be a cashier. The days went by super slow especially for a 24 hour store that the manager was hyping up to be sooooo busy.
