Well the interview went well took about 15 minutes to decide I could start work Monday but the background and drug screening would take an additional two weeks

Citi is always about the bottom line and not quality. If you anytime feel your position can be outsourced or automated, they will do it. The company has no morales and is just like every big Bank. In addition, there is a lack of career mobility. Citi is a place to start your career but not where you can end it (i.e retire).
