Concentrix does not make decisions based on what is best for their clients, their client's customers, or even themselves. Decisions are based on favoritism and how to make this month look profitable, even it results
in lower profits in future months. Their goal seems to be to lose clients, limit opportunity, and just squeeze as much out of their people until they cannot give anymore and they just quit. The only thing that matters to them is profit at any cost, even though they could increase profits by simply giving their clients the level of service they are paying for, which means treating their employees with a little bit of respect and appreciation rather than like a Kleenex. No one I worked with felt valued, most felt like it was dead end sweat shop. Demeaning company culture, that refuses to communicate, just leaves employees hanging.
