I would change the idea of supervisors being so nit picky and those who were Armed would no longer be carrying a revolver. For those are out of dated and don't give enough procetion for the officer.Their would not be any Armed officers carrying anything less than a Beretta(or)Sigsauer 9mm pistol in complience with their states regulations. All Armed Officer would be in Dark Green uniform shirts and the normal tropical trousers.this would be better to know just who was Armed and those who were unarmed and also that our Armed Officer don't look like the Law enforcenment Officers.Their pay would be increased so they could stay with the company in accordence with the cost of living also.

Give the officers a little more. $12 an hour is not good pay. have them work closer to home. Talk to the staff and not demand they show up or else!

Study your officers rounds should be made every 45 minutes to an hour. Learn them take time getting to know them for real. Give them a break when they don't exspect one. Ask them how they're doing and there family's. You have to get to know your business as well as your officers. They're on the frontline all the time. Show them that you appreciate them. Take time out with each one, take them to lunch, bunch or dinner. One day at a time.

Improve schedules. Take hiring standards in a different direction. Stop hiring people still in the military as they create the most problems with their callouts which is leading to frustrated employees quitting.
Be more bureaucratic and fire employees that fail to follow callout procedures repeatedly.
