After 18 years in IT with the company and numerous promotions, I am tired of the toxic environment. No matter how hard I fight for employees, all I see is poor management and horrible leadership at the executive level. This place is like working in a real life ‘Game of Thrones’ and as a professional, I would never recommend anyone to work here. The money is not worth the stress!

40 hours a week. Changing schedule every year by bids. Priority given first to tenure then to performance. I was lucky most of the time. Only my first year I got stucked with a 2:30 to 11 PM M-F and then a 12x3 plus 4x1. After that it was fine. But I know I lot of people that had horrendous schedules. Single moms breaking their head trying to figure who would drop or pick their kids from school or who would watch them on the weekends, because of scheduling. Obviously no work-life balance.

Awful...don't ever be one second late you will either get written up or fired

Answered

It took me about 3 months. Digital interviews, phone calls and multiple rounds of virtual "in person" interviews. I met with the entire team prior to my offer and the on boarding is simple.

Answered

For the position of VP, my interview was strictly one-on-one and group interviews with senior management.

New LTO set me up! I made a mistake don't deny it! She told me maybe just a warning! i was told not to worry, next thing i know, Global Security interviewed me and was honest and forthright, why i was over, i did not get any support from the manager, and LTO can't look at me in eye, they said "code of conduct" but another tellers where embezzlement money, and know how to manipulate the system, they get away with it, because they want Hispanic, managers and LTO hypocrite.

Answered

Create some sort of unsystematic protocol. That lack of compassion and ability to control and manipulate people it’s customers is appalling.

I would make the operations/governmental/office environment more inclusive and not so socially disfunctional and cut throat. I would also look out for the temps who work for JP Morgan Chase and not treat them like trash or disposable lysol wipes. People are human for goodness sakes and has bills to pay and a life to live. Not just you, your picks, or your race/genderS.
