Your customer service experience, how are you with customers, your job experience, ( of course you treat customers how you want to be treated.) So many other different questions.

Management is absolutely terrible, and has been since January 2018. I worked there almost 5 years. They dropped my health insurance in 2018 without warning, and I had to pay a $695 tax penalty this year as a result. They took away merit raises a couple years ago, and fired virtually any non mgmt making over $11 an hour. These were long term employees with 10 or more years who had earned the raises the mgmt usually fudged the reasons. Meanwhile the absentee store director who didn’t show up half the winter, and is never there drives a BMW and pulls in six figures. They have been routinely firing people for ridiculous and unprovable reasons. I personally quit on my own terms with a different job in hand. At least 8 people at my new current employer are from Sam’s Club Portage. I hope they are sued soon. Consider yourself warned.
