No you cannot they hire everyone part time but want you to work full time hours. The new scheduling is Absolutely horrible. And managers are afraid to change the schedule. Please do not put yourself through the hassle of working here.

Hiring fair gave us a paper w/3 questions they were going to ask on it. Basically situations where you solved a problem relating to customers, how you had to manage multiple tasks effecting customers, a line for interests, and then asked about availability of hours I could work.

The amount of money you make every week changes drastically. One week 42 hours next week 15 Hours. This is not a way to support yourself. Right now in February . Some Employees got 7 hours then 0 hours . Before Christmas when you want to be with your family sometimes 40+.
If you're just looking for a stressful Hobby Walmart is the place for you.
Besides that the jobs ok. Sometimes even fun

Hours suck when you close everyday and work weekends you have no life. This is the way they treat all new employees. You do not work weekends if you have been there for 15 years or longer.

Be more understanding when employees are sick & cant get to the dr again for a note
