Little or no incentives for incumbents with increased turn over

Little or no incentive for incumbents. Increased turn over. Management needs to evaluate employees' subjectively based on individual efforts, spend more time knowing their employees' strengths and weaknesses.
Also, Sams Club as the employer should not over work the managers so they have enough time to perform optimally, efficiently and effectively.
This is basically true regarding the new work system at Sams Club. With all due respect, all I am saying is to keep an open mind to the new system, evaluate it after a short time and make necessary changes along the way.
