Applied and took the test online, received an email requesting a telephone interview 5 days later. Scheduled it for the next day. Then another interview was scheduled for an interview via telephone. Got an offer the next morning from HR. Very fast and efficient, all within a week.

I haven't left YET, but I will because of the excruciatingly stressful and toxic work environment. Employees are bullied into working overtime, micromanaged, and discouraged from actually properly handling the claim because it takes away from our numbers. I'm tired of being treated like a robot and want to go somewhere I'm valued and respected.

There is no work-life balance. As of 2019 the company goal is to do less with more and micromanage their employees. As attrition happens they are not replacing employees.
